Full price rugs are eligible for return, please follow these instructions to start a return.

1.      Please email LNC Interiors within seven (7) business days from receipt of merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

2.      A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective product. Please note that clearance products cannot be returned.

3.      Non-defective products must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging. Any non-defective product returned damaged or without proper packaging will be refused.

4.      For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back with a traceable tracking number.

5.      Any non-defective product must have an RMA number on the outside packaging to receive credit. Any product returned without an RMA number will be refused at the customer’s expense.

6.      Credit, minus 20% restocking fee & freight charges, will be issued when the returned product is received and deemed non-defective by the distributor.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like Sale and Clearance items, made to order Art, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
